The High
Court has ordered DNA
samples be taken from the body of the late Mutula Kilonzo
following an application by a woman who claims he is the father of her
seven-year-old son.
Justice Luka Kimaru said the samples will be used to
ascertain parenthood in the case filed by a Ms Eunice Nthenya through the
Federation of Women Lawyers ( FIDA).
Nthenya says that she is the daughter of one of Mutula’s
employees.
She claims that her son was
born on May 6, 2006.
